Finally found the sweet spot with the caster (we took it up pretty high, but I'd have to ask hubby exactly where we set it because I don't remember) and the problem has completely gone away.

You might want to take a look at your control arm bushings too. I had to replace mine at the same time I did the above.

I did it all at the same time, but I'm pretty sure it was adjusting the caster that did it. The difference is like night and day. I can't believe how smooth the ride is on pavement now, especially at speed, and much more stability on cornering.
Can I ask if you've gotten the caster information yet, what degree? I am curious as that sounds similar to my problem. Also how did you adjust yours?

Great info on adjusting your caster (and almost everything else) in this Project-JK writeup here.

You probably will need a slightly different number than I did, but I think mine is at 6.7 degrees right now. WayOfLife notes in that writeup that you'll probably need it to be somewhere between 6 and 7 degrees.

experienced the death wobble for the first time... not a fun feeling... i notice it a little bit going to work in the morning doing like 55-60 when i hit a big bump but it fades... today when i was on the highway hit a bump at around 80 and my entire front end felt like it was going to shake apart had to pull over... talked to my local truck shop and they said when you have an alignment done to have the front tires toed out as much as possible without wearing the tires down... dont know but worth a shot... dont want to have that happen again...
