SwayBar Disconnects???
... the problem with [TF] is that they are positioned to where the tires can and will contact them when flexed/turned, ripping out the pins on the trail. Search any of the 'other' disconnect threads for more info on it, but people say they carry lots of spare pins when they go out...

I have JKS disco's, so no personal experience, just passing on what seemed to be a fairly common issue. Maybe you have the 'new' brackets or pins, or less backspace, or smaller tires, or whatever other difference may be involved.

My guess, 4.5 BS with a sub-33" tire means your pins are safe?

One of the many threads I've seen...

I have the JKS Quicker Disconnects on my Jeep and I love them! I have the 0-2" disconnects, but the longer ones are the same and I don't see any reason why they wouldn't work well for anyone.
I have the Teraflex ones and I really like the design better...you just secure the whole swaybar....all the hardware is included.
I was wheeling on the weekend and someone just had the swaybar strapped up....it came loose and then started rubbing against the tire. They then had to use a hi lift jack to pull it back into place as it had shifted more to one side.
The Teraflex is a better design!

Same thing went wheelin and tied up my front sway bar only to have it fall down and shift to the driver side a little.
Disco Storage Brackets
Certainly could be. It's difficult to tell from a year-old thread what configuration everyone was running when they experienced a problem if they don't put it into the post (since signature lines update all across when the individual updates, and some of us update our profile as we add mod's). Anyway, it appears that OP in that thread was running 35"x12.5" tires on stock wheels--at least even today his profile doesn't indicate a wheel change. Certainly that would cut down on clearance and possibly lead to problems. In fact, there was a very old thread in which the TF QDs were ripping open tire sidewalls on stock wheels/oversized tires under extreme articulation. I personally don't recommend this combo for those who wheel hard (and I don't think TF does either).
After some serious flex and grind this last weekend Stock Sahara rims and tiers will produce some major rub on the top bolt and sway bar/link Wheel spacers are the next on the list!
