Swaybar discos?
Why would Discos void the warranty?
They are stock on the Rubicon. It is dif from the manual discos but still.
They night say that the dicos indicates off road use of vehicle but they would have to prove damages.

Well, the electric MOPAR disco is stock on the Rubi...
The std disco's are manual, not electric....and merely replace the stock link from the sway bar end down to the axle.
TO "Void a Warrenty"...there is no such thing.
The Warrenty is NOT a document where violation of one part violates the contract as a whole.
It specifically requires that the MODIFICATION CAUSED THE COVERED PART TO FAIL, todeny coverage of that part....period.
So, if the new link didn't CAUSE a failure....there is no loss in warrenty coverage....period.
You are ALLOWED to offroad...there are instructions on HOW to offroad in the Owner's Manual, etc....they CAN NOT deny coverage because you "OFF ROADED"...period.
The warrenty MIGHT be void if you cut off the fenders, and mounted 54" mudders on your D30 /D44's...and then bitched that the diffs failed when doing a hill climb...as 54" is a bit big for the stock axles, and, it COULD be argued that the mod DID lead to the failure of the diffs.
Another example might be if you installed an aftermarket turbo charger, and blew up the engine with an overboost situation in a race....
Or, took off the OEM shocks, and installed a set of Aftermarket shocks....and got a shock leak....its not an OEM part...so there's no coverage, etc....
----------------
In reality...the vast mojority of after market parts are better than the one's they replace, and do not cause failures of covered parts.
