Swaybar disco's - what am I doing wrong?

did the same thing new years day bent swaylink 90 degrees and tab on axle about 1/2 inch out. im running a teraflex 3" lift and teraflex sway links with the rubi elctro

Seems to happen more on rubi's, either the extended link not being long enough or the disco reconnects on the trail when you dont want it too causing a bent link.
Havent seen one with a quick disco bent till now, unless off roaded without discoing which wouldn't make sense.
Have seen them bent on no e-disco jk's with too short links on-road though.

the electric disco was disconnected, but im thinking it reconnected while we were getting pretty twisted

Mine did the very same thing, grab your stock lug nut wrench from the back by your jack and it fits over the bolt perfectly and bend it back

put 4ft piece of pipe on that wrench, it'll bend.
