Default swaybar link droop limit?

Is anyone out there using the full extension of their swaybar links with the electric disco? As it is on my jeep right now, the front axle droop stop is the shock extention limit, and at full droop there is a slight bend at the link/ swaybar. I belive most 3" lifts do this. I have new longer shocks in the garage, but at full drop the swaybar links would be maxed out. The up travel is fine still showing shock piston.

1) Can the links travel "backwards" into the draglink once fully extended with the electric swaybar disco'd?

2) Would using the swaybar links as droop "limit straps" have any other drawbacks?

Thanks for any info you have!

both sides were connected, was lazy and just using Rubi disconnect, when LHS went to full droop, allowed the rubi sway bar to go over center and go the wrong way when axel came back up,these sway bar kinks were too short for new shocks I had just installed
