Default Swaybar positioning

0Installed Currie adjustable swabar link to my Rubicon. Instructions state that when sitting on the ground there should be no tension on the links. I could easily move them around before I tightened up the bolts. Is that it? What postion should they be in when on level ground? 90 degrees? Little up or down?

ideally, the sway bar should be sitting just about flat...or parallel to the ground.
