Default SYE kit

I have heard of people having drive shaft angle problems with a SL over 4". If you install an SYE kit you have to put in a longer driveshaft. It would then change the angle. My question is does a SYE kit solve the problem. I am wanting to get a 6" long arm SL.

You dont need an SYE in a JK, it already has a fixed yoke..

thats a TJ YJ thing.

New Double cardin driveshafts will fix the issue

Exactly what piginajeep said - the JK's already have a fixed yoke and only need a double cardin u-joint style shaft to address this issue. Of course, if you have a 4-door, you don't really even need to do that especially if you have a 6-speed.

I have six inches of lift and a 1310 double cardan drive shaft(4 door, Manual) and I still get some minor vibes.......but my steering is perfect. With the JK at 6 inches taller than factory, I feel that you can either deal with wearing u-joints slightly faster or wearing tires slightly faster.
why not opt for the spyntec kit from Solid, that'll solve your problems
