Default Synergy rocker guards

Does anyone have the synergy rocker guards on there 2DR? How do you like them? Are they as strong as they look? How's the instal? Pretty much any information/ pros and cons about them would be helpful

They're body mounted. That's fine if you don't really wheel in the rocks. If you do, not a good idea. All the force of a hit is transferred into the body. I've seen 4-doors where it bent the b-pillar. Total mess (with similar design rockers).

And of all areas on a JK to install nutserts, that are sucks. I have an expensive nutsert tool, but every time I've installed nutserts in the rocker area, I've ended up having to tack weld several in place. PITA
