Default Tailgate plate cover and 3rd Brake like- Combined?

I just got a bumper with a tire carrier and finally got my 35 of the tailgate. I still need to figure out what I am going to do with my 3rd brake light. I'd like to run a tailgate plate, like this one made by Vector Offroad: Vector Offroad

I don't wanna run this and then my cut down 3rd brake light on top. Does anyone make a one piece tailgate cover with a third brake light?

Thanks for the idea, I'm not doing a rear tire delete, so I still need an elevated 3rd brake light. Sounds like I am out of luck.

I used the Teraflex bracket, uses the stock brake light and is adjustable.

I have the same one. Clears my 35" tire perfectly.
