I'm adding the Off Road Evolution trail table to my 2010 JK's tailgate. Thing is, I don't have the nifty strut/shock that the new JK's have. I've seen the hood lift and rampage shocks but I have only seen those mounting high up on the tailgate, where the trail table's operation would be hindered. Can these be mounted another way? Or, does anyone have the trail table and a strut/shock set up pic they could share?

This is an issue cuz I'd like my tailgate to be stable while I use the trail table to cook on with a camp stove. Thanks for the help!
