Tailgating without the tailgate

[/IMG]Borrowed this from the Chevy Avalanche Forum. I did this mod to my Avalanche and just realized the JK has the perfect spot for it as well. Did both sides last nite. Cupholders were $2.99 plus shipping online.

Just search for "marine cupholder"
They come in different sizes. I went with the 3" diameter by 3" depth. Works well. Even has drain holes in the bottom. Drill with a 3" hole saw, then a bead of clear Lexel caulking around the rim and they're set.

It's a well-known fact that increasing the number of cupholders in (on?) your vehicle adds resale value. A fun mod, if a little bit on the silly side. 
You could keep like a pet fish in there or something if you plugged the holes.
