Take off springs
Yes. Springs are not Rubicon specific so you should check to make sure you do not already have the same or better springs. Look at the stickers on the springs. The last two numeric digits tell you which ones you already have. The fronts go up to 19 with 19 being the tallest/stiffest. The rears go up to 60. You can expect approximately 3/8" lift per spring number depending mostly on the weight on your vehicle.
Wow. Thanks guys. I will go check and see what I have now. I am running Rancho 9000xl shocks so hopefully that will help give me a good ride.
Also, I called 4wh parts and they want to charge me $400 to install the coils. Doesnt this sound $$$$?

$400 is a bit ridiculous. I've never done the swap before so I watched a few YouTube videos, bought the proper jack and did it myself in my garage. It's pretty straight forward and doesn't require any special tools.

If you have a floor jack, jack stand and ability to remove your tires you can droop your suspension, remove the spring retainers and the springs will fall out. Slide the new springs in and jack the axle back up so you can put your tires back on. That's pretty much it.
