Tera Flex 4" Full Flex Suspension Issue
I'm placing a link to another thread that shows pictures of what is going on. Scroll down to see the coils, sway bar links, etc.

Basically 2 of us are having disconnect (passenger side) problems for our sway bar links as well as the links themselves touching the coils.
Any suggestions or others who have had this issue?
Thanks!

looking at this pic.....

it looks like you have your control arms adjusted too long. the lowers should only be about a 1/4" longer than stock tops and the uppers will be determined by the amount of caster you are running.

I have all 8 TF arms (need to replace both driveshafts plus I want to set wheelbase back to normal).... my passenger side coil is extremely close to hitting the sway bar link. The driver's side is totally fine (1" of clearance). The lift I have has yielded about 4" of lift (advertised as 3.25") on my 2-door.
The JK drives perfect, no pull, no bump steer, alignment guy had a good rep. Turns out the front upper control arms are as short as possible. The front upper Teraflex flexarms cannot go any shorter. They had to put the upper ones to shortest and used lowers to set the caster.
The coil is not bowing, at least not noticeably. I did measure from spring perch to front bumper, and I get 13" on passenger side and 14" on drivers side, which explains why the coil is so close to the sway bar link on the passenger side. However, could the axle REALLY be 1" farther forward in passenger side? If so, how the hell would the Jeep track and drive perfect??
I've read some posts about people having to remove the TF flex arms, and cut them down to make them shorter. This would really suck.
Anyone else have the uppers set as short as possible and have coil interference issues??

I'll put up pics ASAP.
Haha, whoops...consider me a dummy...I didn't realize the control arms have two sets of holes on the axle mount, the installer used the outer set. I suppose they could have used the inner set to keep the axle a bit further back.
I have new adjustable sway bar links (these noisy ones are awful and I don't need quick discos anyway since I have a rubi) from northridge so I will get those replaced and since the ends are smaller hopefully there will be more clearance.
