Tera Flex 4" Full Flex Suspension Issue
Unfortunately the guy that aligned it didn't give me a printout...I got a little bit more clearance out of replacing the disco's but still, my passenger side has like 1/4" clearance. Here are some pics (from before changing the disco's):
Top view showing clearance:

The spring seems to be seated correctly:

And it's also not bowing:

And the back side showing the outer hole being used in the UCA:

Doesn't seem like anything is obviously wrong, but I will try to get measurements sometime...
I also just noticed my rear driver's side shock is hitting the track bar mounting bracket just slightly. So I think my rear axle is a little too far back. I am getting to replacing both driveshafts soon to be safe (I have a 2 door auto with 4" of lift) so when that's done I will have the shop that does it do a re-alignment to get my axles in the right spot...hopefully then she'll be set...

So I guess I should have just stuck with the front lower and rear upper.
I was under the impression that rear upper was for adjusting pinion for the driveline, and rear lower would be to move the axle back to get back the lost wheelbase (this is what I wanted to do). With 4" of lift, BOTH rear Flexarms are actually set to be as short as possible. AND I have the rear track bar bracket hitting my shock under articulation. I sure wish I'd known that rear lowers are essentially useless with 4" of lift on a 2-door.
As far as the front, I thought front lowers allowed for caster adjustment and that with both upper and lower it'd be easier to fine tune the front pinion vs caster as well as the wheel base.
But at the end of the day I feel like these arms are too long for my 4" of lift.
