Default Teraflex 1.5" PErformance Level Install Question

Read the searched topics on this but never got a clear opinion.

Has anyone installed this kit without removing control arms? I figured it should be relatively simple but the teraflex directions require quite a bit of removal. Necessary? Anyone want to share how you did this?

Thanks for any input.

You should at a minimum loosen them and then torque them back when finished. You don't want to put any undue tension on them or "bind" them

You do not need to remove the control arms. You only need to loosen the control arm bolts so the bushings do not bind up.

Make sure you loosen but do not remove. After all is done and back on the ground then you tighten it all back up.

It is pretty straight forward...My buddy and I had never done a lift before and it took us about 4 hours.

I actually used some of the write ups to Enhance the instructions from Teraflex.

I love the Kit---

I made the mistake of tightening up my front track bar before setting it down. Next morning I noticed the front axle was about 1/2" or so to the driver side. Loosened everything up, shook it, torqued it all up...all was well.
