are you running shock extensions or new longer shocks? if you are running longer shocks, you may have issues with the ds boot making contact with your auto tranny pan. some shocks makes are longer than others and this will be the determining factor as it is the droop of your axle that causes the ds to swipe into the tranny.

If it's an auto you will need a front DS, I've gone through two boots on my factory one.
