Default Teraflex 2.5 Lift Advice

I have a 2012 JKU Sport currently with 33's and 4.5 BS. I've searched on here and can't find find an answer to this. If I buy the TF 2.5 lift without shocks or adapters, other than shocks obviously is there any other parts I would need to buy right away? i.e. Trackbar, LCA, UCA, Discos, etc. ??? Thanks in advance guys!

You'll be fine with the budget boost kit. Track bar & CA's not really needed until you're 3"+ or if you wheel it hard. If you're planning on running trails, you may as well get disconnects.

It will be about 80% DD and 20% Off Road. I'm looking at the 2.5 coil lift and adding bilstein 5100s. I didn't know if I'd need to get and adjustable TB or LCA's right away.

You'll be fine without control arms / trackbar. I ran the 2.5" BB for a while w/ 35's; drove hard and never had issues/breaks.

Most everyone say's you can run without them ( even TF ). But, without them, you have to live with the stearing being a little flytie. And your axles a little bit off-center.

I have the 2.5" in kit and I do have the shocks also but it came with a rear track bar relocation bracket and new rear sway bar links and you move the back ones to the front but I already had jks quick discos up front so I didn't resuse the old ones... I'd love to trade you lifts !!

Full-Traction Suspension Jeep JK Wrangler 3.0" "Economy" Lift System for Jeep JK Wrangler 4-Door Model

I'm looking at this one also. For another $100 bucks you can add an adjustable TB and what appears to be SB discos? Just haven't heard much about FT like I have TF.....

I've heard a few horror stories with FT (product fitament & performance). TF is a reliable product with excellent customer service.

You do not need anything else to run this kit. Adjustable arms are nice to have so you can dial in your caster for a better alignment, but are not needed to run this kit. You will need the #2610000 exhaust spacers from TeraFlex for that kit. Feel free to contact me on any further questions.
