Teraflex BB problem or installation problem?
I am going to be getting the Tflex BB for my 2dr JK and came across this post on another site:
After lifting the JK I have been experiencing a constant pull to the right. I have to continuously steer to the left to compensate. After some investigation and some time with a tape measure I discovered that the wheel base is 1/2" different from one side to the other.
The apparent cause of the problem is the rear axle. The control arms attach to the axle at an angle from the frame. When the lift was installed the increased angle on the track bar caused the axle to shift to the passenger side. This also caused the axle to turn slightly and lose it's parallel relationship to the front axle. What does this mean? The rear axle is essentially trying to steer the rear of the Jeep to the left. The rear axle steering to the left will give the feeling that the Jeep is turning to the right, causing the driver to steer into the turn - to the left.
This misalignment will chew up a set of tires at a greater rate, not to mention the unpleasant driving experience.
The solution? I am going to install a drop rear track bar bracket. This should put the axle back to where it belongs correcting the axle alignment and restore the factory ride.
Is this just an installation error can can I avoid this when I perform my install?

Just installed my 2.5 BB last night, it comes with the drop bracket and that re-centers the rear axle. Drives great, no pulling to either side. The steering wheel is a little off, but that's easily fixed.
i would install the drop bracket or get an adjustable rear trackbar..looks like you have the old BB kit. The first set never came with longer links and the rear drop bracket. i installed the kit above, and she rides same as stock..yes, i know i need more components to zero in my full alignment, but for now there is minimal need for it...
