Default Teraflex flex arms

It's got a pair of front lowers and I'm not sure what kind of grease I should no using in them. Wanted to find out before I out them on.

Red and tacky works good. I'm no grease expert but this is what Teraflex said when I asked the questions about swaybar links. I just shoot that or whatever is in the grease gun.
