Default TeraFlex kit missing parts

I'm a little frustrated I originally ordered a 2.5" coil lift with shocks expecting to install the following weekend. Well it was backordered so I cancelled the order and ordered from somewhere else. I was a little disappointed that it was coming from the west coast and I would have to wait another week but oh well. Anyway, UPS showed the delivery date and was on time so I took time off work to do the install over a long weekend. Popped everything open and noticed the parts list wasnt lining up. After a little confusion I realized I was shipped a coil lift with no shocks (Kit #1351000) the shocks where seperate. No big deal pretty much the same thing I suppose. So going to the right parts list now I go down the list and I am missing the following

1/2" rear spacers x2
Nut and bolt bag #4
Nut and bolt bag #5

The box was was sealed and didn't appear to be opened. Should I contact the shop I ordered from or TeraFlex Directly? Looks like I am waiting to install the lift for another week

I feel your pain....I ordered the TF quick disconnects and I was missing two nuts...so I found some in my garage and used those. However disatisfied with the company and the quality of the instructions...I love my jeep and want everything to be installed perfect...but I ended up burning the instructions and the install took me all of twenty minutes lol

Yeah, I'm not as concerned with the missing bolts. I could easy run to the HD and get some and proceed with the install. Its the spacers, I cant run to the store to get any and will be waiting another week.

Looks like you were shipped the "no shock" kit so you won't get those two rear 1/2" spacers/retainers. Looks like you need to return the kit and get the one you ordered !

The no shock kit #1351000 parts list has the has the spacers x2. is it a typo? Or did I get shorted. Why is there a 1/2" spacer in the rear anyway?

The rear 1/2" spacers are listed on the instructions for all the kits but that is wrong they only come with the shock kit. The reason they provide them is to hep retain the top of the coil.
