I too had a few bumbs with my TeraFlex install, with missing parts, but they had no problem making it right. I would say they do sell a good product and it holds up well.
Just my 2 cents.

Just so you know, I installed the 2.5" spring lift from Teraflex and I'm very satisfied.
Everything fited perfectly and was tested today offroading. A lot of fun!!!

Happy to know that the instruction about rear spacer will be modified.
