Default Teraflex leveling kit

Okay, I have an 09 4Dr rubicon with an automaric transmission. I've put the mopar offroad bumpers on front and rear, and a warn 9.5ti winch on the front. I'm running the stock 32" BFG MTs on mopar steel wheels. Eventually, I want to go to an AEV 3.5 premium lift with either clayton or jks control arms and 3's, but I don't want to get rid of my stock tires until I've used them up some. So right now I want to put on the teraflex leveling kit, and I'm wondering if it will be okay if I do without a new track bar bracket and . I'd like to wait to get this stuff until I'm ready for the bigger lift and tires. I've read everything I can find on the Teraflex levelling kit, but I haven't found a definitive answer to this. Thanks in adnvance for opinions!

It comes down to personal preference, so there can't be a definitive answer...

If you don't like the axle shifted a bit, get a bracket. If it doesn't bother you, just wait until you get the full lift. No worries. And besides, you're only going up 1" in the back. You probably won't even notice the axle shift.

I am waiting for my kit to come in. It's only a 1" lift in the rear and a 2" in the front. I was under the impression from everything I've read that no additonal items are required?

I asked Dave at Northridge4x4 if I needed longer shocks in the front for this kit......the answer was NO. My understanding is that nothing else is needed. This kit is on my short list.

I just ordered my leveling kit. Anybody install yet and have any advise? I won't be installing until spring time when I put new rims and tires on. Any help would be great considering this will be my first lift install.

I installed the kit...It works just as claimed...It takes an hour or so to install.

I found that removing the brake line brackets made putting everything back together much easier..

I have the kit on mine, but I just ordered some 2.5 TF front spacers for a true level stance and to compensate for when I get my new bumper. I always thought that my Jeep still had a slight rake to it.

You shouldn't need an adjustable track bar or anything else with the TF leveling kit. With a heavy winch and aftermarket bumpers, the increase in lift height will hardly be noticeable.

I have had mine on since they first came out. I have run several trails, zero issues. Been very happy with it.

I agree, except I have a warn winch mounted in the factory front bumper and you can tell that it is lifted a little,.....adjustable track bar is not needed with this kit. I did get the spidertrax wheel spacers (1.5"), I'm using factory wheels and if not mistaken teraflex recommends wheel spacers. Took me longer than an hour, but it is certainly not difficult. I also agree with previous post....in the rear disconnect the bracket for the brake line....I also pulled the keeper for the abs? in the rear.
Make sure you get the round part of the rear spacer lined up properly with the hole in the rear so you only have to do it once.

Note: thought I was getting 2" in the front....when the box came it says 1.5"
