Teraflex Leveling Kit Questions
The only way you could do this with the tires on is if you have a car lift. Doing it with a jack and jack stands the tires need to be off, as the axle has to be a full droop. the spring has to be fully relaxed and fall from its upper seat. I did mine with basic jack stands and a single floor jack in 2 hours. Granted I had air tools.
You will need to get it high enough to let the axle droop. So make sure your jack stands go high enough.

Teraflex advertises you can fit 34's. But they will rub like crazy when you flex.
That depends if you add extended bump stops or not. My 32's rub pretty bad up front without extended bump stops. If you extend the bump stops and run flat fenders, you could run 35's without any issues (most 35's are 34.5).

I drove up on my flexing rock and the front tire grabbed the fender.

Could also be a difference in backspacing on the wheels too, I'm running the moabs with spacers and you're running steel wheels. I have less than 4.5" backspacing...
