After allot of reading threads I will be ordering this kit tomorrow. Just want to get my sahara alittle higher until funds allow lift/rims/tires. Plus want to wear out the stock tires some more anyways. As a plus, I could use the pucks with lift later if needed due to aftermarket bumpers.

P.S. Good looking jeeps guys.

*update* so I've had my 295/70's on the stock wheels with spacers for a week now and it looks like I'm settling around 16mpg average. That's by the computer so it could be off..I'm also running Trail Grapplers which are one of the heaviest 33's out there.

overall I'm very happy with the leveling kit and tire combo. imho they look just right together.

Sorry for the newb question but whats the difference between a levelling kit and lift kit?
He added a levelling kit but it added 2 inch hight so isn't that make it a lift kit?

Is a levelling kit just a really inexpensive solution to add lift?
just using spacers or something.

Im actually interested in adding 2-2.5 inch lift and Im looking at the TeraFlex 2.5 budget boost.

Yes, a Leveling Kit IS a lift kit. The Teraflex Leveling Kit adds 2" to the front springs, 1" to the rear, and longer sway bar links. It basically "levels out" your JK's rake, and adds room for up to 34" tires (and like you said - not very expensive either ). I have one on mine and really like it.

Good luck with this.

...Yep, Dave at Northridge4x4.com does have it ^

I think the one you showed was the 2.5" boost, whereas the leveling kit adds 2" front and 1" rear (to level out the rake). Should amount to a 1" boost overall. Looks good on 32" and 33" tires in my opinion.
