Default Teraflex steering stabilizer

Is anyone out there running the teraflex steering stabilizer on a 07-10 2 door? And if so did it require any trimming to instal because the instructions said it might be necessary

I ran one on my 07 2dr. Direct OE replacement, quick clean swap out.

I'm on my fourth one. The three old style only lasted me a few months before they blew out. In April I put on the new HD version that they sell now. Just noticed last week that this one is blown out now too. TF replaced all of them for free, no questions asked, but I've had enough. I'll be switching to something else. Just don't know which mfg yet. I was thinking of giving the synergy a try.

There's a plastic shroud that goes around the shock that you need to trim the instructions are very clear and easy to install.

huh, mine was literally a 5 min task with no trimming just plug n play, was no plastic cover. Seemed like a decent stblzr, just stronger to hits compared to oe.
