Thanks joey2times!!! I'd suggest to anyone to place your order ASAP with Northridge on these. The backorder list is growing!! I suspect I will be working a saturday or 2 to help get these out.

I think I am going to end up with bumper/winch in like 6 months... I dont want rake... thats why I was going for the coil lift not the Budget Boost...

the plan is to go with the kit that is 2.5'' coil lift and shocks, and run 35's (nitto mud grapplers I think)

Should I get different coils then the regular 2.5'' coils ?
Sorry. I can only comment on the stock springs + the 2.5" spacers that I have.
This resulted in front sag. I'm not certain if the TF 2.5" springs will sag with a winch and bumper.

If you go 2.5" springs, maybe add a 3/4" spacer and run with it??? You'd have to ask TF directly what they recommend knowing you will add a heavy bumper and winch.

When I upgrade, I will go with 3" springs to be safe. I want to eliminate any front rake.

Good luck!

I have the arb bumper (about 135 pounds) and the front sits about 1/4 inch higher than the back. I am running a 1" spacer in the front and a .5" in the back.

so for all intents and purposes I am running a 1/2" extra spacer in the front and the front is actually sitting just a hair too high. I am hoping the winch will bring the front down a little. Once I get a metal rear bumper + 35's I think I am either going to have to remove the front spacer or add more in the back.

I guess what I am trying to say is don't worry about the strength of these springs, they will hold the weight and get rid of the rake.

I think this looks level as is. If you add a winch with steel cable, I'm assuming you will be back to the factory rake. Jeep looks nice by the way.

I weigh a good 250 pounds and when I step on the bumper the front only sags like 1/2 to 3/4" so I am not expecting a 114 pound superwinch to do much.

now the stock springs will sag a lot with that much weight. The stock rake is about 3/4 inch and the ARB dropped it another 3/4 inch. I was afraid to add a winch with the stock springs since it would have gone down even further.

X2...I would put your order in and wait it out. You'll be happy with this kit in terms of the ride and stance If you're worried about the weight up front, just throw in a 3/4" spacer. See my gallery for pics

Back when I lifted my z71, that's what everyone told me. They were cheap kits that were cheaply made. My neighbor is always working on his front suspension though, he hasn't recommended them to me......02 HD z71, 6" RC lift.......However, there have been a lot of happy people on this forum with RC so far.

I'm also leaning somewhere between a TF 2.5" BB or a 2" OME. I plan to go with 35" tires on a 4-door JK manual. Don't do much off-road, so it's important to me to have a decent on-road feel. I know the 2.5" BB will fit 35" tires, will the OME?

The shop where I went to get an estimate was recommending a 2.5" Syjaker, but I've heard some bad feedback on those shocks.

Thanks... Ralph

I too was wondering how big of tires you could run on a 2" OME?
