Got quadratec on the phone and it appears Teraflex shipped wrong parts in box to them. Quadratec said they will ship me the correct kit today, with 3 day shipping that i paid for on original box, and refund the extra I paid for the 3 day shipping.

So for all of you who drilled the hole out, you apparently have the wrong parts installed...

I found several posts about this problem so apparently someone in the warehouse at Teraflex needs a new class in parts identification.

I'm going to disagree with Quadratec on this, since they do not have access to our build sheets. There is nothing wrong with drilling that hole out, the customers have the correct parts. The swaybar links with the stud in the end are the correct one's. The instructions do need to be updated, I'm going to look into this.

I dunno guy. If you bought a more complete kit I think you would be surprised to see that every single part has a number and a description on the instructions and that all those parts were boxed up and on your doorstep. Pretty good sized list. I have dealt with them on the phone for support before with a tech issue about an instruction and one of their guys called me back in less than 30 minutes with an answer.

No offense, but I really don't want to modify my Jeep so it can't be returned to stock or can't have some other kit installed at a later date if I decide to raise it even more. When shopping for this part, one of my requirements was that nothing has to be modified and the e-swaybar is still functional. Several recommended this kit with those parameters. If you are saying modifying the stock sway bar is intended and part of the plan, then I may want to search for some other kit and return both. Would seem to be a better idea for Teraflex to use a bolt that fits the existing hole. Also, again just discussing for clarity, how do you explain the two posts above with different parts in their pictures of their installs? The pictures on your own website don't match what is in my box. The pictures for this kit show open ball joints on each end and the parts I received have the bolt already in place as part of the ball joint on the swaybar end. My biggest problem, is that I am leaving an an extended Jeep trip with the kids next Friday. Whatever the solution, it does not appear i will have time to get it installed before the trip out west.

Those swaybar links in those pictures were the older style which are a direct bolt-in but require greasing. Now you can install the coil spacers for now and I can send you a set of the older swaybar links if you want. Just PM/email me (j.thompson@teraflx.com) your name/address and I'll send them.

If you are pretty sure that the new box from Quadratec will have the exact same parts that I have now, then that would be totally awesome!!! I'll send you an email!

Thanks!

Edit: Just wanted to add a "thank you" to Teraflex for being involved on this forum and providing help and answers to lost people like me!
