Default TF Performance Leveling Kit: Really need to remove trackbar?

I got the TF "spacer" leveling kit (# 1155200), which I've had on previous Jeep, but before installing I'm now thinking about swapping it for the "performance" leveling kit (# 1351502).

Instructions on the performance kit tell you to remove trackbars, but not so on the spacer kit. Is this step really necessary? Can't really see why it would be; you're removing same springs in both kits, and installed heights are same in both kits (spring plus spacers in one; larger spring in other).

No need to remove it.

Don't need to remove it. I would suggest unbolting the lower bolt though. Makes it a ton easier to work with the axle.

Also, have you looked into upgrading to Grade 8 bolts for your Trackbar?

Just unbolting the shocks and swaybar links gave me enough room to get the pucks in. I did have to jack the opposite side up in order to get the spacer in but other than that it took maybe 25-30 minutes total.

Any questions, shoot me a PM and I'll help you out.
