The spacer fits within the bracket perfect and the bracket fits within the frame mount just right. It's just the mount holes are out of place.

I'll wait to see what TF says.

Took it out for a spin and the ESP light came on. I'll have to center the steering wheel tomorrow and try it again.

You will have to redrill the holes then.

I bought the JKS adjustable for the front, but I'll have to wait on the rear for a bit.

The bend of the bracket is interfering with the frame mount as it stands. I'd have to pry the frame mount way apart to get the bracket to fit.

I'll wait to see what TF says Monday.

Thanks guys.
Guess you will not have to wait till Monday. TeraFlex

The ESP light came on because you didn't re-center your steering wheel before you drove it. Has nothing to do with the rear track bar location if you are wondering. I just installed the TF 2.5 BB and am waiting on the frame bracket due to my shock choice, drives fine for now without it, not going to wheel it until the bracket is on though.

If I ditch the relocate bracket and add an adjustable track bar would that be the best option?? I don't want to be tearing up shocks or any other horror story related to this bracket. I haven't bought the kit yet so I am looking at all senarios even though I have pretty much decided to go with Teraflex products.

The stock rear axle trackbar bracket is known to be a weak design. The Teraflex axle mounted relocation bracket is a stout piece that adds support on both sides of the stock bracket, an adjustable rear trackbar does nothing to allieviate the stock bracket weakness.

If I'm not mistaken Teraflex reccomends running both the axle bracket and an adjustable trackbar on higher lifts to correct rear trackbar geometry.

I ran mine with no problem, and we just did another one on my friend's 07 JK and no problems there except we had to spread the mount slightly at the track bar connection point. Don't use the template, measure and drill the hole without it and it fits like a glove. You can do like I did and bolt it in as well as welding it in place.

The TF braket is good and the fix is easy.

Place the braket in a vice a squeeze it a bit. It will side right in.

I have helped install that braket a couple of times and the vice did the trick everytime

The axle mounted bracket is the better of the two brackets for geometry correction/handling. It Jeep would be more consistent with that factory bracket, this would not be a issue.
That's pretty piss-poor for TF to include a bracket that "might or might not" fit. As a lift manufacturer, you should only include parts that you KNOW will fit each time, every time, regardless of manufacturing variations. If the upper bracket is a crap shoot, you shouldn't even offer it. Why not just include the axle bracket in the kit instead (especially in light of the fact that it also offers handling/geometry benefits)? I know it's $100 vs. $40, but I'm sure you could have a less expensive axle bracket that is for the 2.5 lift only (with out multiple holes for up to 6" lifts). That would reduce costs closer to the frame bracket.
