Default TF Rear Upper Control Arm Help

I installed these and started to torque the axle bracket end and noticed the bracket bending. Is the sleve inside the Arm supposed to crush and shorten as the bolts are tightened? Is this a defective joint?
I have attached pics of the drivers side(not tightened) vs the passenger side(still not torqued to 125).

The inner ball/sleeve should be 2-5/16" wide, what do your measure in width?

Joe and TeraFlex Rock!

Their customer support is really good. They sent out a new set of arms and are sending a call tag for the arms I had a problem with. Joe answered several questions that I had too.
I finished the install tonight and took it for a little spin around the block. It definately needs better alignment than I am capable of. So, I have an appointment for tomorrow.
