I think you're right, though I haven't had that problem on mine. I was planning on doing some pics today but the light got the best of me and it was dark as I finished. Will try to post some tomorrow for you. They look fine on my black JK and aren't really noticeable. If I had another colour I'd possibly get the pre-painted ones, though, and get them colour matched.

How do the rails effect removing the hard top? Or freedom panels?

No effect at all. They only stick to the windscreen pillars.

Well, they're not attached in any way to the freedom panels so you can remove them ok, so don't see why not.

Absolutely peed down today on a 3 hour trip to the Midlands. Got out of the Jeep several times on the way (dogs and diesel) and didn't get dripped on once!!! Happy days!!!!
