Here are a couple pics of mine disconnected and flexed I don't have a problem with the break lines.

I have the stock disco with a 2.5" Rough Country lift kit, and no problem..

Default Brake lines

Ok I have a 4" short arm kit 33"s and disco's and i didnt have to extend my brake lines. There is, however, a guide for the brake lines. make sure you pull that guide off so the brake lines can move freely. My rig is my daily driver too. Here is a pic of me all flexed up with stock brake lines.

ok, so the 1/2" is too big. i put in the 7/16" pins and i can hear a little clicking going over bumps. i am thinking about going to the sears hardware store (they seem to have a pretty diverse selection) and looking for the metric equivalent.

the disconnect is fast, but i havent had a chance to disco and check the flex...
