Personally, the TF 2.5" coil lift and shocks is the way to go with 33's. Any higher of a lift and it just won't look right. Ride quality is a little more stiff compared to stock and handling is great at any speed. Other than that, I've heard nothing but great stuff about OME but no personal experience.

I have a couple dozen all over my hood, my passenger door, my passenger side rear and front front fender the hail also cracked my windshield but my insurance covered it.

I heard it was so bad that one of the Jeep dealerships were offering huge discounts on the damaged jeeps.
So much has happened to my Jeep and it hasn't even reached 10K yet.

What about if I put 2.5 in now and when I put 35's I'll put the 3 inch springs would that be fine or would it still be too flighty?
I have a $100 comp deductible, due to the fact that I know windshields need to be replaced on these things almost monthly.

I am an insurance estimator, so I had a good idea of the damages. It was about $3,000.

Did you have to add any spacers up front to keep it level?

I went with the TF leveling kit with my 33s. I knew I'd be going for 37s with a 4in long travel susp lift later so I kept it simple and cheap and I love it. Donno how loading a pic from the iPhone app will be but hopefully this works.

That's a nice Jeep. I like to approach things with a functional point of view, a small lift with 33's leaves room for flexing while disconnected. Some have the "how much tire can I stuff in there with this amount of lift" point of view, which usually negates any functionality where flexing is involved.

Default 2.5 Coil

I just got my Wrangler lifted two weeks ago and went through this same process. After reading hundreds of posts and looking at tons of pictures, I went with a 2.5" coil with my current 33s and am thrilled.

I came so close to a 4" decision (only a few hundred $$ extra), but really just wanted something that will handle 35s someday when it's time to replace the 33s. I was very surprised how good it looks with 33s and the 2.5" coils. Much better than I thought.

And now when the time it right, I can go up to 35s with no trouble.
