Default For those that made a stubby from your stock JK bumper...

If you modded your own stock bumper into a stubby with some of the write-ups here, re-using the end pieces, why wouldn't glueing the end pieces on work as well as the pop rivet method? There has to be a glue/adhesive that sticks two pieces of plastic together as strong as if its one piece?

Some people weld the end caps back on with a plastic welder. Try a search for it. I think they look pretty good!

well I have smacked the riveted und off of trees stumps and rocks and the end cap has not moved, I do not think that glue or plastic welding can hold up to that kind of abuse. I used rivets and some black silicon and I couldnt be any happier
