got a good deal on some 20x9 kmc 6 lug wheels with 35 m/t tires on them. would like to put them on a jk but not sure about adapters. the only ones i can find are 2 inches thick. what do you think?

 

When installed properly and checked regularly they work fine. With 2" spacers I would be concerned what backsapce you will be coming out on with those wheels. YOu want to be at about 4.5-4" any less and you are just putting alot of unnecassary stress on the hubs, spacers or not.
