Update: After doing some wheeling this weekend my tie rod end is now grinding into the wheel. Not sure what is going on at this point.

Synergy tie rod came with GM 1 ton ends. I'm having a hard time finding something that will fit with the 15" wheels. Thinking about going to 17" wheels. Easy but expensive way to solve the problem.

Why not throw some moog tie rod ends on and see if that helps. Much cheaper option if it works.

I went to four auto parts suppliers and couldn't find a tie rod end in stock that would come close to fitting the synergy tie rod. Tried several that were in stock. I could have ordered a couple different ends including the Moogs and tried that. Decided to upgrade to 17" wheels. My thinking is I can get something for the wheels and tires I have now with about 60-70% tread life, and not have to worry about the tie rod ends fitting. And went with another set of 35's, swapping the KM2's for Wrangler MTR, putting to rest the thoughts of going to 37's. For a few years anyway.

Sorry not the help you were looking for. Hope it works out for you. Wished I'd known before I went to the 15's initially.

I think I may just call poly performance and ask them what they suggest. Maybe they can ship it with smaller TRE's that'll fit the 15's better.

I contacted another aftermarket company and they wouldn't recommend another TRE for their product. They only use the GM 1 tons. I did not contact Synergy. Figure must be a reason they all use the large TRE's. Gave me the justification I needed to go to 17's.
