Default Tire PSI?

My tires claim to be 35's but measure 33's, When i put them on they had 35 psi in them and the jeep has 35 psi on the door but the tire says 50 psi max, what should i keep the psi at? Will adding 15 more psi make the tire bigger?

x2. 28-30 psi is an ideal balance between ride, wear and MPG for most tires.

Tire height should not be a deciding factor to determine tire pressure on the road.
