And that's what I was trying to point out! Anything above a 275 will need a light mod to reduce or take away the rub.
You realize that the listed heights are wrong, don't you? And that they vary quite a bit between mfg's? My 35's measure out at 33.5. Some other 35's will measure out at 34-34.5. My old 34's measured out at 32". You can't make a blanket statement that any 285/xx will or will not need trimming. Or spacers. Or a lift.

I was just going off the chart in JP magazine March. 2011 edition pages 38-40. I do understand the sizes will vary because my 265/17 cepek mud countries are closer to 31.2 than 31.6. I def appreciate ur feedback and research, thanx!

Lol, I don't recall stating that there was one? You were talking about a chart that told you what is needed for 33's. I was pointing out a JK specific faq with info that would give the OP a good place to start.

It also talks about backspacing. And lift heights. And components for various heights. And gearing. (please refer to the gearing info/chart in the faq's, not some generic online chart!!). etc
