tire sensor light and red hot engine light blink
Its like every other day I get the blinking/beeping lights on my dash but my jk isn't running hot. Anyone know what this is or how can I make it stop?

chk your tire pressure, you may have a bad sensor if you have the correct pressure.
or just ignore the tire pressure light, if u can - it is harmless
pls be more descriptive regarding your "red hot engine light"

what red light? do they flash together/randomly while driving or just at startup? Do you have a tuner that you can chk for codes? or maybe try stopping by an auto store and see if they can pull any codes for you.... can you post a pic?
