hey im dying to get new rims and tires on my 2010 sahara unlimited auto. i dont do much offroading so i guess an all terrain tire would be good i dont know. just wondering what size i should i go with my friend has 33 60r 325 nitto terra grapplers and i like them but i figured id get some other opinions first

I'd stick with 33's. Your friend probably has 325/60-18 tires which are basically a 33x13.00-18 tire. The Nitto Terra Grappler is an excellent all terrian tire. I'd also consider the BFG AT KO, Toyo AT, Mickey Thompson ATZ, Pro Comp Xtreme AT and Dick Cepek FC II. I'd go with a 9 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing. The rim diameter is strictly a matter of personal preference.

yea im def going to go with a 9 in wide rim but how much do all those other tires run for about the same price?

All depends on which size wheel you go with. 33" tires for a 16" rim are going to be quite a bit cheaper than 33" tires for a 18" rim. I would also look into the Goodyear Duratrac as a contender.

Exactly. As a general rule, the larger the wheel diameter the more the tire will cost. For example, even though they are all basically 33x12.50 tires, a 305/55-20 will cost more than a 305/65-17 or 305/70-16.
As for prices, take a look at 4Wheel Parts website. They are a large chain and their prices will give you a good idea of what to expect.

Falken Wild Peak AT is a sick AT! WOL ran them for a while and recommends them. Hell he got better mileage and never got stuck. 33x12.50x17 if I were you. BFG AT is a tested tire too.

If it's a Sahara, you probably have 18" wheels on it... if you didn't want to change your wheels, we offer the Wildpeak A/T in a 305/65R18. This size measures out at 33.4 x 12.3.

BFG also makes the AT KO in 305/65-18 which is essentially a 34x12.50 tire.
