Times two on holding off on the 20 inch wheels. If there is any chance you want to wheel ur jeep dont get a rim larger than 17 inch.

Thanks for the reply guys. I don't plan on wheelin it at all just want it to look good. If I do get the 20's do u think I could fit a 305/50 20 toyo open country a/t on there without lifting it. The overall diameter on that tire is 31.9"??

I would think yes since the stock tire on a rubicon is 32 inches in diameter. You can fit up-to a 33 inch tire if you get the right backspacing in ur wheels.

So u think an 18" wheel would look a lot better than a 20" with no lift??

Yes but this is your jeep. Do what YOU want to do. I was simply saying that if you ever intend to wheel, skip the 20s and go with 17s. You may want to try it before you say your never going to do it. Wheeling is very addicting But if you are completly sure that you never want to wheel it than go ahead and get what you want. I just think a beat up, scratched, dented and muddy lifted jeep on mud tires looks better than a shiny mall crawler. But thats just my opinion.

I think that tire size is aprox 12-12.5 inches wide. If so, you would want 4-4.5 inchs of backspace IMO.

x2 on that... I think that even if you never take your Jeep off road that 20in wheels with 31-33in tires would look pretty silly
