Default TIRES ARE COMING! Things to prep? Help plz

All right so I just spent more money than I am willing to realize at the moment on my new set of wheels

Rim
KMC XD Addict 798's in 18x9 (5x5) 4.5" backspacing
Tire
Toyo M/T 38x13.5R18's -True inflated tire diameter from manufac. spec. 37.7"-

I have a full set of spidertrax 1.5" spacers but I DO NOT really want to run them, the heaviest tire/wheel set possible is going to be putting enough strain on my 44's as it is.

This being said, what preparations do I need to make for these tires to fit. I have 4" Tuff Country lift no body spacers, pucks, etc.

I know I have to trim the stock rubi rails and the pinch seams, what else?
Suggested axle upgrades? gussets, sleeves? what will/won't help axle strength due only to tire size/weight.

Thanks

First you'll need to make sure you recharge your digital camera batteries cause you'll want to take a lot of before and after pics of those bad boys! And we'll want to see them

I've got the Big SLR ready to go w/ plenty of space

The more I think about this the more I feel I should be putting an order in to M.O.R.E. for the body lift ASAP. Also trying to install the BL with 38's is going to be a task...I don't have mountains of 2x4's lying around to reach the gap from jack to frame

I'd definately suggest gussets and sleeves at the very least...
What gears are you going to run?

5.13's. IMO I'd rather plow a u-joint than shred my 5.38's-I'm fairly liberal with the gas. Gears+Install= more $ than swapping a drive shaft or joint

You may have to run the spacers in the front with them being 13.50's. Try it without first. But you may rub when flexed.

I'm pretty much counting on the rub w/inner fender plastic The sway bar links will need to stay connected until I can find a nice spot to get a full flex test run in. I'm more worried about the LCA's in the front getting knicked on full turn in/out.

Bump. Someone help him out. I would think you would need a body lift to clear the big meaty's. My 35's have problems with my 4" skyjacker lift.

Default spacers?

how much do you want for your spacers if you end up not needing them?

what problems do you have with 35's?

I'm probably going to hang on to the spacers even if I don't use them as a DD, I like them on the trails
