Default Tires rumble when stopping

After I put on my teraflex 2.5 inch lift and 35 inch nittos I get a rumble and slight shaking of steering while stopping. It only happens tight when I'm about to stop. About the last 10 ft before jeep stops. Is this normal or something wrong.........

Its called flat spotting. It is caused by the size of the lugs, and completely normal for a MT tire

Yup. Try rolling around between 2 to 10 mph. You can make it tumble constantly.
