Hello, I had a surprise when a went to the dealer, I ordered the 18"wheels for my Sahara and I had the 17", in Belgium it's long to get the new wheels so I decided to keep those one. Maybe will change for aftermarket wheels.
What kind of wheels do I need to put 285x70x17? Can I do it with my wheels without spacers? Does that size fit in the flares?
Does anyone get pictures?

 

I'm in the same situation, wanting to run 285s on my 17" wheels. I can't help you with what size wheel to get, as I'm still learning that myself. Everything I read or was told lead me to expect rubbing if I kept my stock wheels unless I went with a lift and spacers or restricted the turning radius. So, for now I'm just upgrading the tire to BFG M/Ts in the Rubicon size until I can afford a lift and different wheels.
