Default Too wide or safe?..

Ok I am looking at some 38x15.5r15 tires. My question is, are my 15x8 wheels wide enough for them? I am currently running 33x12.5r15. How wide is too wide for 15x8 wheels?...

Depends on your back spacing for fitament. Thats a very large & heavy tire, if you have stock axles they wont last long

That will look sick. Love the meaty look for wheel/tire combos.

But it *may* be too wide unless you have enough BS. Might want some 1.5" spacers.

Yes those are definitely too wide for an 8" wheel

4" wider is common practice for most shops....
