Which torque(ft-lbs) value to use
Hello group,
I removed my Rugged Ridge All-terrain bumper to repaint all part. Now I'm ready to reinstall all part but I'm looking for correct torque value to use to tight all those parts. Unfortunately, I found nothing about torque value to tight part from installation instruction manual : http://www.ruggedridge.com/instructions/11542.13.pdf
I sent email to rugged ridge support but no answer yet...
Is someone know which torque value I should use to tight :
1- Winch plate(11541.13) on frame
2- Winch(rugged ridge 8500lbs) on Winch plate(11541.13)
3- Bumper(11542.02) on frame
thanks to help it would be really appreciated

Roundabout answer though the smittybilt instructions from mine had a chart on bolt torques and how to identify the bolts
https://www.smittybilt.com/docs/installation/7607.pdf
Page 5 has a chart that should be useful and fairly relevant.

I'm a stickler when it comes to torque values for something in suspension or engine or various other things. When it comes to bumpers and the likes, tight without having to act like a gorilla.

Not sure if they would have put the front bumper torque on there or not, but each of the 8 bolts should get 66.5 ft*lbs. My Maximus 3 instructions didn't include it in there.... probably because of some a***** lawyer.
The winch itself should have included the proper torques for those bolts. On the Warns they're surprisingly low, IIRC like 30ft*lbs.
