Default torque for lower and upper link arms

What is the torque for lower and upper link arms. The lift instructions didn't say.

Control arms?

125 ft/lbs for rears and front lowers. 75 fl/lbs for front uppers

actually, it's 125 ft. lbs. for front and rear lowers and rear uppers. the front uppers are the only ones that need 75 ft. lbs. also, for the lowers, you need to torque these bolts with the weight of the jeep on the ground

would that be the square looking
ones on my jk?

Uh, stock, yes, and one lift company makes them look square.

Lower control arms mount to the axle, and go up to the bottom of the frame rails near your doors. Uppers come off closer to the middle, and do not mount to the bottom of the frame rail. If you look at all the control arms, the lower ones are, uh, lower. It will make sense if you look at them.
