Default Torque spec sheet

Ok, I am planning on starting my OME HD lift after work on Friday and need to make sure I have all the torque specs ready. I found a sheet on Northridge site and was wondering if that one is good?

track bar frame....65 ft. lbs.(front)
track bar axle......55 ft. lbs.(front)
track bar frame....85 ft. lbs.(rear)
track bar axle......85 ft. lbs.(rear)
lca,s frame.........130 ft. lbs
lca's axle.............85 ft. lbs.

Also, I will only be replacing the lower front ca's. Do, I need to loosen all the other ca's when I have it back on all four's and start to torque everything down?
