I have pretty much the same setup - the LOD mid-width with the welded on tabs.

Here is picture of the bumper from the side. You can see the D-ring tabs on the top and the Blue Ox tabs towards the bottom.



I use a 6" raised hitch on the motorhome with a Blue Ox Aventa towbar.

Did you buy the blue ox brackets and weld them on or did the bumper come like that

I had LOD weld them on when they built the bumper. They did it free of charge
