Tpms?
My tires with the TPMS are in the same garage stall so even if the light comes on while I am out they are picked back up when I pull into the garage.

If you do end up getting new sensors, Discount Tire is a good place -- WAY less than what the pirates at the dealership will charge you. I wouldn't bother if you already have the sensors in the stock wheels, you can just swap them into the new wheels and the jeep will pick them up w/ no problem

i had new rims and tires on my mustang and ford charged me 30 bucks to reprogram it. but for the jeep i dont have the extra 200 bucks for sensors so im not getting them you dont need them. there only for itiots who dont know how to check there tire pressure
I just did all this two weeks ago....4 Wheel parts want $25 per wheel to put the stock sensors into the new rims.....Discount tire want $18 per wheel. And Kauffman Tire said they would do it for free. So I don't have to tell you who I went with and they also matched everyone elses price on the tires.
ALSO...When I asked about putting the sensors in the new wheels....the guy said it was federally mandated to put tpms sensors in new wheels IF the vehicle had tpms from the factory......well I don't know if that is true put I had them do it as they did not charge me. Get guys to deal with and I will go back when I need new tires.

P.S. i agree with you on Kauffman Tire, i was useing them to rotate and balance my stock rubi tires and wheels.

Sorry if this has been answered but I did not see this question in the thread...
I have a 2010 Sahara Unlimited.
I got new wheels and tires with new sensors installed. I used an AEV Procal to set my TPMS warning to 30#. My tires are inflated to #34 but my warning light has been on for a few days now. Does the TPMS system need to somehow be programmed to recognize the new non OEM sensors or will it automatically detect them just like the factory ones? I could not find anything about this on the Jeep Web-site. I appreciate any help you guys can offer.
